Due to the craftsmanship each sink will poses unique qualities in
size and color. Each sink is hand hammered with precise detail
and has a patina finish that is fired into the copper surface giving
each sink its beautiful aged or weathered appearance. Copper is
the best product to use for Kitchen, Bar or Bath applications.

Since copper is a natural antibacterial surface, it is not necessary
to disinfect or scrub your sink, just clean with a mild soap and
soft cloth from time to time. To take care of your sink, simply
rinse with water after each use. Always avoid the use of abrasive
cleaners. No acid or alcohol based cleaners should be used and
do not scrub with steel wool or wire brushes that may remove
the patina.

For an added layer of protection, especially in ‘hard water’ areas,
you may consider coating your sink with a high quality wax; it will
help maintain the luster of the patina and provide a better water
runoff. If the copper surface gets scratched, it will regain its
original aged patina with regular use and time, the more it gets
used the faster it will get the aged darkened color.
